Job Description

Maison Abelane Polyclinic is looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Executive with strong communication and sales skills to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, booking appointments, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into successful bookings while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp

- Schedule and confirm appointments

- Follow up with potential patients and leads

- Promote clinic services and treatment packages

- Achieve sales and booking targets

- Maintain accurate patient records in the system

- Coordinate with doctors and reception team when needed

- Ensure high patient satisfaction and professional communic

Requirements

- Previous experience in call center, customer service, or sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High ability to sell and convince customers professionally

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

- Experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinics is a plus

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
