Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Call Center Executive / Specialist with prior experience handling social media ad leads, patient inquiries, and appointment bookings for a clinic or healthcare facility.
The ideal candidate must be confident in handling inbound and outbound calls, converting marketing leads into confirmed appointments, and communicating effectively in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up on social media ad leads (Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
- Convert leads into confirmed clinic appointments
- Respond to WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or booking systems
- Coordinate with front desk and medical team for scheduling
- Achieve daily/weekly booking targets
- Ensure excellent patient experience and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a call center or clinic environment
- Proven experience handling paid social media ad leads
- Strong sales and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory/preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet booking targets
- Familiar with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools
- Professional phone etiquette.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical, dental, aesthetic, or polyclinic environment
- Knowledge of healthcare appointment processes
- Experience using WhatsApp Business & Meta inbox
- Immediate joiners preferred.
