Job Description

We are hiring Call Center Executives (Freshers and Entry-Level candidates) for our U.S. telesales campaigns, including Truck Dispatch-related services.

This job is ideal for candidates who are new to call centers, recent graduates, or anyone looking to start a professional night-shift career.
No prior experience is required. Paid training and coaching are provided.

You will contact U.S.-based customers, explain services, and generate qualified leads for senior sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in the United States
• Explain services in clear and professional English
• Build basic customer rapport and answer simple questions
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Update CRM records and follow-up notes
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements

• Freshers, students, and recent graduates may apply
• Basic to good spoken English communication
• Confident, motivated, and target-focused attitude
• Willing to work night shift (U.S. time zone)
• Must be available for on-site work in DHA Phase 6, Lahore
