Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Executive with a strong background in international sales. The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with US clients and closing sales over calls.

You will be responsible for promoting our design services (website design, logo design, branding, digital solutions) and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients (primarily US market)
• Present and sell company design services
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain records of calls and sales activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international call center sales (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (English)
• Ability to work in night shift (7 PM – 3:30 AM)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Experience in design/marketing sales is a plus
