Position: Call Center Executive (Night Shift)
Shift Timings: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers

• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly performance targets
• Maintain high call quality and adhere to company standards

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• High confidence, enthusiasm, and a goal-driven mindset
• Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
• Prior sales or call center experience is an advantage, but not mandatory

Compensation:

Performance-based earnings structure with attractive income potential for top performers

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
