Job Overview

We are hiring Call Center Freshers for our U.S. Auto Transport & Truck Dispatch Sales Campaign in Lahore. This role offers a strong starting point for individuals interested in international outbound sales and BPO careers.

Selected candidates will receive professional sales training, live call support, and performance-based commission opportunities. No previous call center experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based customers
• Present vehicle shipping and auto transport services
• Convert leads into confirmed transport bookings
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

• Good spoken English communication skills
• Confident and target-oriented personality
• Freshers and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working U.S. night shift
• Available for on-site work in DHA Phase 06, Lahore
