Call Center Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our patients, ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities
:

Answer incoming calls courteously and promptly, confirming customers' language preferences as you assist them.

Record information accurately into ECW
-
Provide assistance and information to enhance patient experience.

Serve as a liaison between patients and the health Center, directing calls to appropriate departments as needed.

Assist with additional tasks and projects as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications

Verbal communication skills

Computer literate

Bilingual in Creole or Spanish preferred
