• Handle customer communication: Respond to inbound calls and other communications like emails and chats from customers.
• Resolve issues: Troubleshoot problems, provide step-by-step guidance, and answer customer questions.
• Manage customer information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide product information: Assist customers with their orders and provide details about products or services.
• Escalate complex issues: If an issue cannot be resolved, escalate it to a supervisor or the appropriate department.
• Gather feedback: Collect customer feedback through surveys or direct conversation to help improve services.
• Promote sales: Inform customers about deals, promotions, or upcoming offers.

Additional responsibilities

• Maintain a positive rapport: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with teams: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Generate reports: Create reports on customer satisfaction and other relevant metrics for management.

Required skills and qualifications

1) Pursuing students and trainee's not eligible

2) 6 months to 2 years of experience in call center operations and customer services.

3) Call Centre experience in hospital is added advantage.

4) Team management experience

5) Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills

6) Proficiency in problem-solving

7) Compensation: Rs. 13,000/- to Rs.20,000/- salary plus attractive Incentives.
