Call Center Jobs

We are seeking confident, energetic, and customer focused Communication Calling Agents to join our Night Shift team. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, the ability to engage customers effectively, and a positive attitude toward learning and sales.

This role includes handling outbound calls, presenting our services professionally, building rapport with customers, and achieving monthly targets in a supportive, relaxed work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Deliver scripts confidently and communicate service details clearly.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Maintain productive communication and build customer relationships.
• Follow call protocols and maintain call quality standards.
• Update call logs, customer details, and lead status.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance.
• Handle customer queries with politeness and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good English communication (must).
• Confident speaking tone and friendly personality.
• Ability to work in a target driven environment.
• Basic understanding of outbound calling or sales (freshers welcome).
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and a team player.
• Intermediate or above (preferred).
