Company Overview:
We are a U.S.-based Medical IT Services provider expanding our sales operations in Lahore. Our focus is on delivering high-quality medical technology solutions to healthcare providers across the United States. We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who can confidently engage U.S. clients and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and prospects to promote our Medical IT services.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule demos, and close sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain call logs and customer information accurately in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience for U.S. campaigns (required).
- Excellent English communication and listening skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with U.S. culture and customer handling.
- Prior experience in Medical IT, HealthTech, or BPO sales preferred.
- Must be comfortable with night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM) and on-site work.
