Position Summary
As a Call Center Managers, you will be responsible for managing sales team and provide effective guidance, supervising, and motivating team members on a daily basis. In addition to setting department goals and working with team to achieve it.
Responsibilities And Duties

Managing the day-to-day activities of the call center team

Set clear team goals and explain it for the team

Follow up for campaigns with marketing team and give his Feedback
-
Conduct training for team members and for new members.

Prepare Monthly/ quarterly/annually performance reviews..
-
Ensure all the data related to scheduled appointments are provided to the ATPC to guarantee successful appointments.
-
provide reports about expected customers.

Give a all required information and feedback about sales for the CEO.

Listening to team members’ feedback and resolve any problems or conflicts
-
Any other tasks related.
Desired Qualifications
-
BSc in business or any related field /High school degree (minimum)
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
-
Experience in managing people or training in team leading is a plus.

Strong knowledge of performance metrics.

Strong knowledge with CRM systems and practices
-
Fluency in English, In addition to Mother Language
