At Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Middle Georgia, we help homeowners transform their bathrooms with industry-leading products, exceptional customer service, and a fast, seamless remodeling experience. We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Call Center Manager to lead and grow our appointment-setting team.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, knows how to motivate people, track performance, and drive results.

Position Overview:

The Call Center Manager will oversee daily operations of our outbound and inbound call center team, manage KPIs, improve booking performance, coach agents, and help scale our lead generation efforts.

This position requires in-person training before transitioning into a remote management role.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, the Call Center Manager will also be expected to actively take inbound and outbound calls during peak hours to help maintain performance, support the team, and ensure customer experience standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach call center agents daily
  • Monitor outbound and inbound call performance
  • Improve appointment booking conversion rates
  • Take inbound and outbound calls during high-volume peak hours
  • Track KPIs, call metrics, and agent productivity
  • Conduct call reviews and ongoing training sessions
  • Assist with scripting, objection handling, and team development
  • Coordinate lead flow and dialing campaigns
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from first contact
  • Maintain accountability and positive team culture

Qualifications:

  • Previous call center management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in sales, appointment setting, or home improvement industry is a plus
  • Ability to lead by example and jump in during busy periods
  • Comfortable managing remote teams effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and dialing platforms
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities
