For over 30 years, we have been a trusted name in the home improvement and remodeling industry serving homeowners throughout Northern Virginia. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Manager / Floor Manager to lead, supervise, and grow our telemarketing team.

This is a leadership position for someone who knows how to motivate people, improve performance, build structure, and drive results. Experience managing a call center is required, and experience within the home improvement industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the call center floor
• Supervise, coach, and motivate telemarketers to improve performance
• Train new and existing team members on scripts, processes, and sales techniques
• Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback
• Develop strategies to improve appointment setting and lead generation
• Track KPIs, productivity, and overall team performance
• Create a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment
• Work closely with ownership and management to help grow the company
• Maintain organization, scheduling, and reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a call center required
• Home improvement industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset
• Ability to train, mentor, and hold employees accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and people-management skills
