What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners seeking information about our home improvement services
• Provide helpful, friendly support while guiding potential clients through their questions and next steps
• Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team — no hard selling required
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow established call-handling procedures
• Assist with marketing and social media efforts, including:
• Monitoring incoming social media messages and inquiries
• Engaging with potential customers online in a professional, on-brand voice
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions
• Helping nurture inbound leads from digital channels
• Meet and exceed weekly call quality and appointment-setting goals
• Represent Revive Exteriors with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
