What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls from homeowners seeking information about our home improvement services
- Provide helpful, friendly support while guiding potential clients through their questions and next steps
- Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team — no hard selling required
- Maintain accurate call notes and follow established call-handling procedures
- Assist with marketing and social media efforts, including:
- Monitoring incoming social media messages and inquiries
- Engaging with potential customers online in a professional, on-brand voice
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions
- Helping nurture inbound leads from digital channels
- Meet and exceed weekly call quality and appointment-setting goals
- Represent Revive Exteriors with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
