About the Role
P-TECH BPO is looking for confident, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will connect with potential clients through outbound calls, understand their needs, and guide them with suitable solutions. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build a strong career in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to engage and convert potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
• Record customer details and call outcomes in the system.
• Recommend or upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude in every interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Energetic, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
