Call Center Operator

Job Description:
We are looking for proactive and energetic Call Center Operators to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our products and services, assist customers with their queries, and support sales operations. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with call center experience who want to grow in a professional and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Support lead generation and sales campaigns.
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills in [English/Local Language].
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Office.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
