Call Center Operator (Pakistani Nationals Only)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products or services
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Follow call center scripts and procedures accurately
• Input and update customer information in the database
• Meet performance targets set by the company

Requirements

• Must be a Pakistani national currently residing in UAE
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu or Hindi
• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
