Call Center Operator

Join the UOC team! University Orthopedics Center, a leader in orthopedic care throughout Central PA for 35 years, is currently seeing a full-time Patient Support Representative for our call center.

We are excited to meet highly motivated candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced professional medical office.

The Patient Support Representative is responsible for the efficient, courteous, and timely management of patient phone calls and scheduling for all UOC office locations. At UOC, creating the best patient experience is a priority.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Previous Medical Experience (Preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
