Call Center Ophthalmic Medical Practice
About Us
Tres Vision Group is a comprehensive medical and surgical eye practice specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of vision disorders.
The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
· Greet patients with a smile in your voice and treat them with respect
· Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
· Schedule appointments while collecting all pertinent information from patient and enter into computer
· Add chart notes to patient records for all requests and communications
· Route inbound calls to appropriate departments
· Call and reschedule patients that no-show and fill open slots
· Document patient requests and send to appropriate team members
· Complete call reports as necessary
· Potential cross training for check-in and check-out at front desk
· Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed
· PERFORMS OTHER NECESSARY DUTIES AS REQUIRED.
