Call Center Personnel and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Taxi Dispatch Operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating taxi services, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation for our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and dispatch taxis to customers efficiently
• Communicate with drivers via phone or dispatch system
• Monitor driver locations and trip progress
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate records of trips and dispatch activity
• Ensure timely service and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Use dispatch software and GPS systems effectively
• Pushing out the jobs to our Taxi Drivers

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous dispatch, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation or logistics dispatching
• Bilingual (especially English/Spanish) is a plus
