Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist – Call Center Campaigns
Location: Onsite – Blue Area, Islamabad
Shift Timing: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our growing team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on QA experience in outbound or inbound call center campaigns, specifically in Medicare, Final Expense, Solar, or similar performance-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate sales and customer service calls to ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Provide structured feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance and quality scores.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and areas of improvement.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, especially for Medicare and insurance-related campaigns.
- Prepare daily/weekly QA reports and performance summaries.
- Work closely with team leads and operations managers to improve overall campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience in relevant campaigns (Medicare, Final Expense, Solar preferred).
- Strong understanding of compliance standards and call evaluation metrics.
- Excellent listening, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working onsite during evening hours.
