Position: QC Manager– Call Center
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Night Shift)
Salary: Market Competitive

About the Role

At MB Technology Pvt. Ltd., we believe that quality is the backbone of customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC Executive to ensure our call center operations consistently meet the highest standards. In this role, you’ll monitor calls, evaluate agent performance, and provide actionable feedback to improve quality and compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live and recorded calls to assess quality and compliance.
  • Ensure agents follow scripts, compliance protocols, and company guidelines.
  • Provide professional and constructive feedback to agents and supervisors.
  • Identify errors, compliance concerns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare daily/weekly quality performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with trainers and team leads to address performance gaps.
  • Suggest strategies to enhance call quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant call center experience.
  • Prior experience as a QC Executive / Call Quality Analyst in a call center environment.
  • Strong English listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to deliver feedback positively and motivate improvement.
  • Good understanding of call center operations, compliance, and KPIs.
