Call Center Real Estate Agent

VIP Luxury Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated Call Center Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with property inquiries, and support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Contact potential clients and introduce available properties
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center or real estate is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge preferred
