KT Solutions LLC is a mortgage lead generating call center located in Riverdale, GA. Our Representatives take calls with homeowners that have opted-in on marketing websites or previously inquired about a mortgage refinance or other financial service needs. The Representative will then qualify the homeowner, gather the appropriate information, and connect them to our banking partners for mortgage origination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates interested in working from our Riverdale, GA office between 10 am to 8 pm Monday thru Friday. Upon completion of successful training and satisfactory job performance.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Clear verbal communication skills
• Friendly and pleasant manner with positive attitude
• Data entry/typing and word processing
• Active listening
• Attention to details
• Able to be seated for extended periods of time
• Highly adaptable attitude capable of making the changes necessary in a high paced environment
• Transfers phone calls to appropriate banking partners
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Provides a professional company image through phone interaction

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED are preferred but NOT required
• Basic PC skills with capability to learn our dialer application
• Previous call center/customer service/sales experience preferred but NOT required
