Call Center Rep – Pet Services (WEEKENDS Required)

ShotVet is hiring on-site call center agents for our Longwood, FL office. Join a fast-growing team helping pet parents find events, access records, and book services.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Schedule Required: closing shifts (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

• 2 Fulltime team members with Monday/Tuesday off - Fri, Sat, Sundays REQUIRED

• 2 Fulltime team members with Wednesday/Thursday off - Fri, Sat, Sundays REQUIRED

• On-site (not remote)

What You’ll Do:

• Answer calls/chats and assist clients
• Provide info on services and products
• Schedule appointments and support field teams
• Maintain and update client records
• Assist with administrative tasks

What You Need:

• HS Diploma or GED
• College grads welcome!
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask calls/chats
• Friendly, helpful attitude

Nice to Have:

• Call center or veterinary experience
• Sales experience with metrics
• Familiarity with Dialpad
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
