Who We Are Looking For


We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Call Center / Customer Representative. As an integral part of our sales department, you will actively manage existing customer relationships and provide services to new clients, contributing to the growth and success of the team.


💡 Location Note: This is a full-time, on-site position at one of our international offices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Finance, International Relations, Capital Markets, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency market, or open to training.
  • Experience in financial product sales via phone or face-to-face.
  • Proficient in using crypto trading platforms and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of international crypto and digital asset markets, and financial instruments; training preferred.
  • Motivated in sales and marketing, open to innovation.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Conduct phone-based sales according to targets within the Darkex sales team.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Provide platform training when necessary and report issues to supervisors.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to enhance the performance of the sales team.
