The Opportunity:
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our expanding outbound sales team. As the first point of contact for our agency, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing our impactful digital marketing services. This is an excellent entry-point for individuals seeking to build a career in international sales and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct outbound calls to businesses in the US and UK markets to generate new sales leads.
• Clearly and professionally communicate the value of our SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and details in the company’s CRM system.
• Nurture prospect relationships through strategic follow-up communications.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual targets for call volume, qualified leads, and appointments set.
• Maintain a positive and client-focused attitude in all interactions.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum Matric / O-Levels. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Language: Exceptional verbal English communication skills, with a clear, professional, and easily understandable telephone manner.
• Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center is highly advantageous. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC) is a significant plus.
• Mindset: A results-driven attitude with the resilience to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and rapport-building skills.

Job Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-site only)
• Shift Timings (Please specify preference):
• UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PKT)
• US Market Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)
