Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative to handle a Healthcare Account. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with prior experience in healthcare-related call center operations, providing high-quality customer service and support to patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, medical services, insurance, and general healthcare information
- Accurately document call details and patient information in the system
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns efficiently
- Follow healthcare compliance, confidentiality, and data protection standards
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication at all times
- Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Agent / Representative
- Previous experience handling a healthcare account is mandatory
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/call center systems
- Ability to work full-time on a fixed schedule
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in medical centers, hospitals, or healthcare BPO accounts
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and patient coordination
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
