Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative to handle a Healthcare Account. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with prior experience in healthcare-related call center operations, providing high-quality customer service and support to patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, medical services, insurance, and general healthcare information
  • Accurately document call details and patient information in the system
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns efficiently
  • Follow healthcare compliance, confidentiality, and data protection standards
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication at all times
  • Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Call Center Agent / Representative
  • Previous experience handling a healthcare account is mandatory
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/call center systems
  • Ability to work full-time on a fixed schedule

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical centers, hospitals, or healthcare BPO accounts
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and patient coordination
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
