Position: Call Center Representative

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Location: New Garden town , Lahore

Salary: Up to PKR 30,000/month (based on experience) Freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients
• Identify client needs and effectively communicate DEVSTAX’s services
• Set appointments and follow up on leads
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Work towards individual and team-based sales targets
• Provide feedback on client interactions to improve service offerings

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly understand client needs and offer relevant solutions
• Basic knowledge of software development and digital marketing services
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
