Call Center Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and support sales and operational activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Assist in generating leads and supporting sales campaigns.
• Maintain proper documentation of calls and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members and reporting managers to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in [English/Local Language].

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
