Call Center Representative

We are modern aesthetic clinic in Dubai offering advanced medical treatments and premium skincare. We pride ourselves in exceptional client care, professionalism and a welcoming luxury environment. We are looking for a friendly, professional, female Call Center Representative who can speak fluent English and Arabic to join our team.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
• Female age 25-35 years old
• Preferably with call canter, reception, customer service or front-desk experience, in a medical and aesthetic clinic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional and polished appearance
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR booking system, MS Office and POS
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
