Call Center Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our customer service team! Duties

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a friendly attitude to address customer inquiries promptly
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or medical-related questions using clear communication skills
  • Document all interactions thoroughly through data entry into our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling, billing questions, or technical issues while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Use computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms efficiently during calls
  • Identify customer needs by analyzing their concerns and offering appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues to the relevant department
  • Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and additional languages as required
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate strong communication skills to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably within a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Bilingual or multilingual language skills to serve diverse client populations effectively
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM or similar systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming experience for every caller
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide clear, concise responses under pressure
  • Prior experience in medical office environments or healthcare-related roles is advantageous but not required

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
