Job Overview
We are looking for a customer service-driven Call Center Agent to assist customers as they enter and exit Spaces operated parking garages/lots. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a seamless experience by promptly resolving access issues and preventing any backups at these locations.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with entry and exit issues at Spaces USA parking locations.
- Follow scripts to ensure quick resolution while maintaining a polite and professional tone.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in Zendesk.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Meet and exceed service level targets for response time and issue resolution.
Requirements
This is a remote role, requiring agents to have their own equipment. You must have:
- A working laptop with the latest software updates.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- A functioning cellphone (calls will be routed to your phone).
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure high-quality customer service.
This is a work-from-home position, which requires you to have a designated/dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from distractions. Please note, it is not a work-from-anywhere role; a stable home office environment is required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred in parking, hospitality, or transportation industries).
- Native-speaker level fluency in speaking Spanish
- Proficiency in Zendesk and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
