Call Center Representative

Weingartz - Utica, MI

What You'll Be Doing

  • Listens to customers and provides answers or additional resources as necessary.
  • Ability to answer and respond to an average of 125+ calls a day.
  • Follows up with customers to ensure that customer concerns are resolved as required.
  • Write accurate parts and service orders using accurate information gathered from understanding the needs of the customer.
  • Schedules pick-ups, deliveries, and At-Home Maintenance and provides delivery appointment details.
  • Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.
  • Ensures call center processes are adhered to and completed on time.
  • Ability to provide clear and professional communications including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, co-workers, and management in a manner that models the Weingartz Values.


What We'll Need From You

  • 2+ years in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal (phone) and written communication skills are a must.
  • Proficient with standard desktop software.
  • Drive to resolve customer calls and ability to assess when to escalate.
  • Willing to work towards the customer communication standard.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Careful attention to detail; careful attention to numbers.


Pay Range

  • $16 - $17/hr


When and Where You'll Be Working

  • Full Time Position
  • Retail hours: Monday- Friday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am - 4:00 pm)
  • Weingartz - Utica, MI
