What You’ll Do:

• Fast, friendly phone support
• Appointment scheduling like a pro
• Clear, helpful patient instructions
• Smart call handling & follow-ups
• Keeping records sharp and up-to-date

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
• Customer Service Experience
• A confident, friendly phone voice
• Quick thinking & multitasking skills
• Team spirit and tech smarts
