Call Center Representative

We are hiring confident and energetic Call Center Representatives for outbound sales. This is an onsite role based in Johar Town, Lahore, focused on calling UAE-based businesses, generating leads, and offering digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls (UAE market)
• Generate and qualify potential sales leads
• Present digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Web Development and Mobile App Development)
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Follow up with interested prospects and manage callbacks
• Schedule meetings (online and onsite) with the manager
• Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets (calls, leads, appointments)

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Confident speaking and strong convincing ability
• Call center or sales experience is mandatory
• Positive, energetic, and target-driven attitude
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Johar Town, Lahore
