  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, product questions, and technical support
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, respectful exchanges
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and process payments securely
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to document reports, update client information, and analyze call data

Experience

  • Prior call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for serving diverse client needs
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and typing
  • Familiarity with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic analysis skills will help you succeed
  • Experience in outbound calling campaigns or sales environments can be beneficial but is not mandatory
  • Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette, client service, and handling sensitive information such as cash transactions
