About the Role

Resolution Experts LLC, an Independent Business Owner (IBO) on a major virtual call center platform, is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives to support well‑known national brands. This is a work from home position with flexible scheduling and full work‑from‑home freedom.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, chats, or emails

• Assist with account questions, orders, billing, or troubleshooting

• Follow client guidelines and document interactions accurately

• Provide professional, friendly customer support

• Complete required client certification before servicing

Qualifications

• Must be 18+

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace

• High‑speed internet and compatible computer

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required

• Background check required for most clients

Compensation

• $10–$18 per hour, depending on client program
