Call Center Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
• Make outbound calls when required
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Previous call center experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
