About the Role
You will manage incoming calls, assist customers with their concerns, and support overall customer service operations while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesCall Handling & Customer Interaction
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and policies
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure a positive and helpful experience during every interaction
Communication & Coordination
- Manage customer interactions across phone and other communication channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
Administrative Support
- Record call details and update customer information in company systems
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks
- Follow company procedures and service standards
