Call Center Representative

We are currently seeking friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in St. Louis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating effectively, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

About the Role

You will manage incoming calls, assist customers with their concerns, and support overall customer service operations while maintaining a professional and positive approach.

Key ResponsibilitiesCall Handling & Customer Interaction

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and policies
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure a positive and helpful experience during every interaction

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage customer interactions across phone and other communication channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution

Administrative Support

  • Record call details and update customer information in company systems
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
  • Perform data entry and documentation tasks
  • Follow company procedures and service standards

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, data entry)
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience is a plus (not required)
