Call Center Representative

We are looking for a full time receptionist for our call center in Templeton.

Job description:

The person in this position is responsible for answering phones, directing calls to the appropriate person, faxing reports to referring physicians, fax process, and all other office support.

• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Candidate must be engaged daily to learn new skills.
• Continuously looking for ways to improve the process
• Project and team driven
• Quick on computers and experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Google
