Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for callers.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate clearly with customers in English, and if applicable, utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to assist non-English speaking customers.
• Familiarize yourself with medical terminology to assist customers in health-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and communicate solutions effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with data entry tasks.
