Role Overview

In this position, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers over the phone and digital channels. You will provide support, resolve concerns, and play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong communication, efficiency, and professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • Resolve issues promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

Administrative Duties

  • Accurately document customer interactions and call details
  • Update customer records in internal systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, email)
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
