Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
- Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, or chats as required
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Achieve individual and team KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, conversion targets)
- Handle complaints with patience and ensure proper resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Neutral or American accent with clear pronunciation preferred
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US/UK time zones)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in international campaigns (sales, support, or appointment setting)
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills (for sales roles)
- Familiarity with call center metrics and quality standards
