Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center roles or customer service environments, with a focus on phone etiquette and client interaction

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus for reaching broader audiences
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products confidently
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems

- Good analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns is preferred but not required
- Strong typing skills for quick and accurate data entry; familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous
