Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located at our Dallas, TX headquarters. The Call Center Representative will manage customer interactions, provide support to resolve inquiries effectively, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels. The role involves answering customer calls and emails, offering product guidance, processing orders, and addressing any issues or concerns. Candidates will play a key role in upholding the company’s commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to resolve inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Experience in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction through interpersonal communication and active listening
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to create positive experiences for diverse customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including the ability to navigate software systems and document detailed customer interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an inbound or outbound call center role is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
