Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Call Center Representative based in Malta, NY. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a high level of customer support. Additional duties involve accurately documenting interactions, following established processes, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Interaction, including strong verbal and written skills, active listening, and professional demeanor
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns efficiently
  • Experience with Contact Center Technologies, such as call center software and CRM systems
  • Time Management and Organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a customer-focused approach
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is advantageous
