Outbound Sales Caller / Appointment Setter — Roofing, Siding & Gutters

Position Overview

This is a strictly in-office, part-time outbound calling role. You will spend your shift on the phones — calling prospect homeowners, reaching out to past customers for rehash opportunities, and qualifying new leads for our sales team. Your job is simple: dial, talk, qualify, and book appointments. The harder you work, the more you earn. This is NOT a remote position.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (25 hours per week) In-office at our Hamilton, NJ location These are peak homeowner-contact hours — punctuality and attendance are non-negotiable

What You'll Do Each Day

You will spend your 5-hour shift making outbound calls to:

• New prospect homeowners from our lead lists (cold outreach) Past customers and old quotes (rehash and reactivation) Warm leads from marketing campaigns and referrals Missed appointments and follow-up callbacks

Your goal each shift is to qualify homeowners and book confirmed on-site estimate appointments for our sales team to run.

Pay: $420.00 - $900.00 per week
