Call Center Representative

Location: Dental Care and Implants, 12941 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060

Salary: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives under performance-based goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide support and solutions for patient inquiries and concerns
• Accurately document all patient interactions in the system
• Follow call center scripts, workflows, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
• Customer service
• Basic computer skills (Windows, typing, data entry)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience in a dental or medical setting
• Familiarity with patient scheduling / Customer handling

Schedule

• Monday to Friday between: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays
