About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Call Center Representative to be the voice of SANA Pure Drinking Water and provide exceptional customer service over the phone and online.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and orders professionally and efficiently
Manage and respond to messages across our social media platforms
Maintain a friendly, customer-first attitude to ensure a positive experience

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Hindi and English (Arabic is a plus!)
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is advantageous
